About our Mission Trips
Our trips are designed to teach
your group how to show God’s love through serving others. Your group may not necessarily be telling a
sermon in traditional ways, but they will be showing a sermon. Whether they are feeding the hungry or fixing
a widow’s roof, they will be spreading the Good News through their actions.
We have two goals for the Mission
Trips we offer. The first goal is for
your group to come and serve those in need and those who help serve them on an
on going basis (other local ministries). Our second goal is to facilitate a
trip for your group that will inspire and encourage them to return home with a
desire to serve Him through serving others.
A desire to show the love of Christ through showing His love to those
around them locally and through out the world.
Your group will have the option to
participate in local as well as foreign missions all in one trip and in one
location. We offer many options to
serve, ranging from feeding the hungry here locally, to preparing meals to send
around the world. Helping local
ministries serve the community, to interacting with visiting sailors from other
countries. Or from simply doing yard
work for those in need, to helping package medical supplies that will be sent
to the worlds neediest. We can offer a
wide range of opportunities all in one trip.
Our desire is for each individual
to understand that God has not only given them ability, but the responsibility
to serve Him. We want your group to
leave understanding that even though they might feel ordinary, they can achieve
the extraordinary as a group and as an individual by having Faith, relying on
Him and just being Willing. We want your
group members to answer the call, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for
us?" And they said, "Here we are. Send us!"
We will not only show them that the
Lord can and will use them, but we will help them find out how they can be
used. We will show them how combining
their spiritual gifts, abilities, and interests with faith and a willingness to
serve, will allow Him to use them in great ways.
