This site is dedicated to providing information for and about the outdoor community of the Southeastern United States. For years we have seen sites and magazines featuring cool and exciting places for adventure all over the world. We would read about climbing in the Himalayas, surfing in Fiji, or skiing in Europe. That’s great, but chances are most of us will never go to these places. Most of us just need to know a cool place for the weekend or a quick day trip.
There are many great adventures right here in the Southeast. We thought someone should concentrate on them. What ever your outdoor interest is, we are going to try and cover it from the mountains to the sea. From Mt. Mitchell to Cocoa Beach and every where in between, with your help we will construct a database of free and useful outdoor information. Our goal is to supply the average outdoor enthusiast with useful information to make their outdoor adventure here in the southeast an enjoyable one.
